This dinner will be held at the Counting House, a beautiful restaurant in downtown Durham. Chef Thomas Card will be prepare a dinner based on the different styles of cheeses made at our partners at Chapel HIll Creamery. Uli’s will be lighting up the grill and serving Raclette as part of the cocktail hour. See you there!

Here is the description from the Counting House website.

Join Counting House for Fork + Bottle, a unique dinner series in which we educate, pair, and taste inspired menus by award-winning Executive Chef Thomas Card with guest beverage experts.

For our first dinner of the year, we’re welcoming local favorites The Kast Brothers. Alex Kast is the Director of Chapel Hill Creamery and brother Max Kast of Broadbent Selections is the only Master Sommelier in the Southeast. The night will start with a tour of our current exhibition, Portraying Power and Identity: A Global Perspective, followed by cocktail hour and dinner. Chef Card has designed a menu to pair with Chapel Hill Creamery selections and wine will be poured to accompany the meal.

Price is $75 per person and a portion of every ticket sold will benefit the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina.
