Calling all lavender lovers everywhere! Please join us for our next Lavender Inspired Farm to Fork Dinner, "The Heart of Lavender" to experience the decadent and extraordinary flavors of culinary lavender. Your evening will begin with hints of lavender appetizers and sipping lavender cocktails and NC Craft Beers on our outdoor patio amidst the warmth of our stone fireplace. A four-course lavender infused dinner highlighted by wine pairings chosen specifically to enhance every dish. Our Lavender Oaks Farm Shoppe will be open to sample and purchase our many handmade lavender products, and every guest will leave with a lavender gift. We offer our Lavender Inspired Dinners 3-4 times a year, but each one is unique and the menu changes every time to include locally sourced, seasonal ingredients that marry beautifully with our lavender. This dinner promises to brighten your senses, and warm your heart to the magic of culinary lavender!

For $50 a person, enjoy all you can eat raw oysters from 3 local farmers off the NC coast, a hot bar prepared by Postal (menu below), a Raclette Bar with Alexander Kast, and 12 wines poured by four different distributors - Ian Spotz of Advintage, Joe Walluck of Haw River Wine Man, Damon Hayes of Proof Wine and Spirits, and Jason Tippetts of Barrique Wine Imports - that pair perfectly with oysters and seafood.
